Founded by Donni Rae Edmondson in 2007 on Canada’s West Coast, PRIV the Brand is a proudly Canadian, female-run fashion label. Donni began in retail, owning and operating multiple stores before introducing her own sleepwear line, which organically grew over the years into a full lifestyle collection.

This foundation gave her a strong understanding of what truly works on the sales floor, from fit and fabrication to price point. In 2019, she made a full pivot to wholesale and e-commerce, allowing the brand to better support retail partners and scale thoughtfully. The Langley retail space was closed three years ago, and we now operate out of a smaller building on the same property, housing our design studio and wholesale showroom.

Today, PRIV is known for elevated, everyday pieces designed with soft fabrics, flattering silhouettes, and approachable pricing all inspired by an effortless West Coast lifestyle. The brand is carried in over 100 boutiques across Canada and has built a loyal, engaged customer following.
