RETURN POLICY

 Returns/Exchanges/ Store Credit are available up to 14 days
after purchasing a product.
 Items must be in the condition received with the tags attached.
 FINAL SALE ITEMS: Bodysuits, Bathing Suits, All
Undergarments, Scarves, Blankets, Hats, Socks and Hair
Accessories. 
 ALL SALE ITEMS (Discounted items), Bath and Body
(including tools) products, straws, all drinkware, hair
accessories, hats, sunglasses cannot be returned. They are
final sale. 
 Toques and hats are a final sale once they have left the store.

Option Two for Online Orders
Full priced items are eligible to return within 14 days of the date you
receive your parcel (as indicated on the tracking number). All returns
take 1-3 days to process once your parcel arrives at our office and
return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Unless the items received are the incorrect style/size or defective. In
that case please email letschat@privilegeclothing.com for an RA
number
*If you would like to exchange for a alternative size please follow the
above shipping instructions and order the new size via our website.

Sale items are final sale unless specified otherwise. 
Any item(s) being returned are subject to inspection upon delivery.
Your return will be credited onto the original method of payment. 
Please be sure to include the Packing Slip that was sent with your
order to ensure a smooth return process.

Partnership program sales with NBC's Today Show are ineligible
for return at this location, and must be approved with an RMA in
advance.
