Exchange, Return, and Shipping Info
In general, orders are usually processed for shipping within 48 hours. In certain cases, especially peak seasons, it might require up to 72 hours.
RETURN POLICY
Returns/Exchanges/ Store Credit are available up to 14 days after purchasing a product.
Items must be in the condition received with the tags attached.
FINAL SALE ITEMS: Bodysuits, Bathing Suits, All Undergarments, Sleepwear, Hats, Socks, and HairAccessories.
ALL SALE ITEMS (Discounted items),are a FINAL sale unless a Return Authorization is approved by email. If you return your Sale Items without approval please note a refund will not be processed. Approved Final Sale returns will be issued a online credit for future use.

Option Two for Online OrdersFull priced items are eligible to return within 14 days of the date you receive your parcel (as indicated on the tracking number). All returns take 1-3 days to process once your parcel arrives at our office and return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
Unless the items received are the incorrect style/size or defective. In that case please email letschat@privilegeclothing.com for an RA number*
If you would like to exchange for a alternative size please follow the above shipping instructions and order the new size via our website.

Unless there are specific instructions given during the purchase, customers have the option to refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. The items must be returned in new condition with tags attached. Sale items unless otherwise stated, are final sale. Shipping Costs to return and exchange items are the responsibility of the customer.
Provided your order has not been shipped, we can help you modify, or cancel your order. If an order has already shipped, our normal exchange and return policies apply.
